TV4
TV4 is a Swedish free-to-air television network owned by TV4 AB, a subsidiary of the Bonnier Broadcasting Group. It started broadcasting by satellite in 1990 and, since 1992, on terrestrial television. In December 2019, Telia Company completed its acquisition of Bonnier Broadcasting Group.
We see an increased consumption on Smart TV platforms amongst our users. This is a natural next step to widen our AVoD service, and we are very pleased to work with Norigin Media in delivering a TV app to this new platform. We always strive to improve the experience in our streaming services and we strongly believe that this platform will be of great value to our users going forward.
AVoD on Smart TV
Norigin Media has developed TV4 Play, an advertising based VoD service with linear and on-demand content on Smart TV for TV4 in Sweden.
CUSTOM DESIGN
The TV Apps have been custom designed by the Broadcaster, and use Norigin Media’s TV App framework, based on React across large screen devices.
